Pencil or pen/ink sketches showing the potential building massing, roadways and rail locations and other important features relevant to the site will be acceptable. The illustrations should provide enough visual detail to assist in the understanding of how buildings and other site improvements relate to the overall project concept and the interaction of spaces, movement of people, and rail facilities access.
